APARTMANI NENA
Location:
Kukljica- Island of Ugljan- Zadar- Croatia
We are 10 min. away from the ferry port, just a drive along the main road -Preko-
Kukljica-Tkon towards south on the left side; When passing Kali and Kukljica it's a
2 km drive when reaching the bridge; As arriving just before the bridge turn left to the
gates of VILLA TESNA and APARTMANI NENA.
Our hose is the first row next to the sea (the smaller house). The house is in solitude, but the center is only 3 km away, the nearest stores, pizzerias and bars are 300m away.
There isn't much crowd and noise.
Security:
There is an ensured parking space right in front the house.
We have a mole for smaller boats. We also have a fireplace and logs, lounge chairs on
the gravel beach with a table and chairs.
APARTMENT 1
The apartment is on the first floor 38 m2. It contains one bedroom, a bathroom, a small kitchen and a dining room with a balcony. On the balcony there is a table with chairs and a view of the sea;
In the dining room there is an armchair which can turn into an one-person bed.
The apartment has air conditioner, satelite TV and wi-fi which is all in the total price.
Price of the apartment: June-September: 50 euros
July-August: 60 euros
APARTMENT 2
The apartment is also on the first floor. It contains two bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen,
a dining room, living room and a big terrace with a table and chairs.
The living room has a big couch which can be turned into a bed for 2 people and an armchair for one person.
The living room can be seperated with a curtain door where then the terrace can be
accessed with the kitchen door.
Price of the apartment:
June-September: 70 euros
July-August: 100 euros
Apartment 2 is a six-person apartment;
An extra person (2 or more years) is 10 more euros.
